Using Power ISO Software
- First install Power ISO software.
- Keep the image file of an operating system into your hard disk or anywhere.
- Connect an USB flash drive (Pen Drive).
- Open Power ISO and go to tools and click on Create Bootable USB Drive.
- Select the Image file as Source Image File. Set your USB flash drive (pen drive) as Destination USB Drive and click on Start button. It will take a few minutes.
Using Novicorp Win To Flash
You required installation CD/DVD or .iso image file of operating system, a flash drive (pen drive), Novicorp Win To Flash software.
If you use installation CD/DVD :
- Open 'Novicorp Win To Flash' folder and click on Win To Flash application software.
- Now click on Task and select Task type.
- Transfer Windows XP/2003 setup to USB drive.
- Transfer Windows Vista/2008/7 setup to USB drive.
- Select File system to FAT16 LAB. (Note: This will make your pen drive memory half. (You could recover it again).
- Click on Run. Select Windows files source path (CD/DVD source path where installation CD/DVD insert) and USB drive (Pen drive or other USB flash drive path). Now click on Run.
- You would have to install Power ISO or Daemon tools to make a virtual CD drive.
- After install the software, mount the .iso image file.
- Now follow the above steps (using installation CD/DVD) and at last step select Windows file source path as virtual CD drive.
Download Novicorp Win To Flash software
Now you can use your USB flash drive as like as an optical hard disk drive (CD/DVD).
If you use USB flash drive instead of optical hard disk drive (CD/DVD) you need to change Boot Option from BIOS Setup Utility. From Boot Order option set USB Hard Disk as your 1st choice.

Some people comment us that this tips does not working. But still I am using this tips because my CD/DVD drive does not working. I don't know what their problems are. They did not clearly tell us their problems. It may be three possible things.
- The original .iso file was cropped. So use a good .iso file.
- Could not make bootable pen drive due to insufficient memory space. Checks your pen drive have enough memory. For Windows 7, windows 8 .iso file with all in one image file, we recommend to use 8GB pen drive.
- Don’t know how to install OS by bootable pen drive. For windows 7, windows 8 etc. OS installation by bootable pen drive is same as using optical hard disk drive. Only one thing is at the time of installation your computer restart many times. When computer shutting down for restart, remove your bootable pen drive from PC. And insert bootable pen drive after 4-5 second later the computer start again after shutting down. If you don't remove bootable pen drive at the time of restart, it starts installation from the first time and it continues in a loop. You have to insert bootable pen drive after start to complete the installation.
I hope now you can install OS by bootable pen drive.
NOTE: If you are using Novicorp Win To Flash to make a bootable pen drive then your pen drive memory space may be reduce. But don't worry; visit this post to know how to recover pen drive memory space.
i did the same procedure but it didnt work. what shall i do???
hey how to regain the USB space ?????? i used 8gb pendrive & it becomes 2gb now...what to do ???? plzzzz hlppppp
the method u posted doesnt work...i cant del the blue part :(
use other computer and these steps:
copy all the filkes from the cd to pendrive in other pc...
use cmd
enter the cmd "diskpart"
select partision 1
and
set the partion as active
use bios to usb first boot
